Description
Momordica charantia (Bitter cucumber), better known as balsam pear, is a tropical vegetable variety, most similar to cucumber, with a ridged, grooved surface. Balsam pears are rich in iron, beta-carotene and potassium.
Discovered in ancient China to be beneficial against diabetes, the fruit of this exotic vegetable fruit is used to make this beneficial tea.
Pregnancy and breast-feeding are not recommended.
Directions:Boil 1 filter with 1 litre of water, after a few minutes steeping the tea is ready to drink.
Ingredients: balsam pear fruit.
Storage: in a cool, dry place.
